Maybe you've had a book idea for years but don't know where to start. Maybe you've started writing but feel stuck. Or perhaps you've finished your manuscript and have no idea how to turn it into a published book.

I'm dreaming of bringing together a small group of women right here in DFW for a writing and publishing retreat in spring 2027!

My heart is to create a space where we can step away from everyday distractions, get creative, encourage one another, and learn the practical steps of bringing our stories to life, from finding our words to understanding self-publishing.

You don't have to be a professional writer to begin.

When I wrote and self-published my first book, I didn't have a publishing house or a team of professionals. I simply had a vision I believed the Lord had placed on my heart and a willingness to figure things out along the way.

That's what I want to encourage other women to do. We don't have to be perfect, have all the answers, or know exactly how everything will turn out. We can show up, learn together, create with the Lord, and take the next step.

I'm still in the early planning stages and exploring what this experience could look like, whether that's a one-day workshop or an intimate weekend retreat.
